Beautiful pictures Francina.
The last time I was in that part of the world I took the mountain railway up to the top of Snowdon and then walked back down.
These days I suspect I would take the railway both ways!!
I am really enjoying this series

Thank you, David. I’m sure that must have been a beautiful walk down. I just go up by train and come back by train
We did not see Snowdon because we went on a different route. However it’s still on my wish list.
I’m happy to hear you enjoy the series of pictures I chose from many
Ciao, Francina

awesome shots Francina, one can feel the history surrounding this magical place ….:)
ciao, Jimi
Francina said:
thank you, Jimi! It’s is hard to believe that people came here to worship around 500 BC and still do . Makes you feel just a speck of dust in the whole. I understood from the volunteers who maintain the church that over the ages there were new sections added to the church.

These photos are simply stunning. Something inside of me wants to call this place home.

Thank you so much for your kind comment. That is exactly the same feeling we had when we stepped out of the train. Wales feels indeed like you have come home. We even felt a tad sad, we had to leave so soon again. Ciao, Francina

Thank you so much, dear Julie! I’m happy to hear you like my choice of pictures from the little church. I have to say that I find it rather difficult which ones to post because I took so many photos during this trip. Francina xox
